学童とか福祉制度2010年6月15日
もうすぐ夏休み・・・。小学校に入学したばかりの子供をどうしようか！？と言う大きな問題。
子供達は学校が終わると、私の実家に預けられているのですが、とにかく狭い！私もよくあの家に６人もの家族で、３０年間も、、、暮らしていたなと感じるのですが、現状とても無理！
学童にでも預けようと、市役所にお願いに行ったのですが・・・。
双葉には学童が無く、近隣では春日小学校とのこと。しかし、どの学童も定員が３０名で既にいっぱい。現在は入れるのは豊岡だけとのこと・・・。
豊岡というのは現実的にも、物理的にもナンセンスです。
保育園へ入れるときもそうでしたが、定員○○名ってのが理解できませんでした。ある程度の人数が提示されているのであれば理解もできるのですが、明らかに少ない人数。
夏休みなどと言う４０日もの休みを作っておいてその対策が何もないというのは如何なものか！？と聞いてみました。私たちが子供の頃とは世の中が全然違います。夫婦で働かなければ到底食べていけませんし、ＪＣなんてやっていられません。
市役所の職員もホントめんどくさそうに、「現状はこうなっています。」「決まりです。」を繰り返すばかり。挙げ句の果てに「うちにも子供がいます。」ときた。そんなことは聞いちゃいない。いるのであれば、貴方も困っているのなら、余計この問題に取り組んでいかなければいけないんじゃないの！？と思うのは私だけ！？
二言目には市には予算がないと言う・・・。それは分かったけれども、片や婚活を行って定住者を増やしていきたいと語りながら、結婚すれば当然起きてくる子供への制度がまるでなっていない。定住者なんて増えるわけがない！みんな神栖へ行かれちゃうよ。
私もカミさんと子供の籍を移そうかと真剣に考えています。

知り合いも結構通っている悩んでるしね!!
一方神栖市は１小学校１学童をうたっていますし、児童会館なども充実してますね。
（最近カミさんが児童会館めぐりしてるんで・・・）
