４月定例理事会2010年4月8日
４月６日(火)、４月定例理事会が開催されました。
第１号議案は、新入会員承認の件。本年度、第１号の承認者となります。
第２号議案は、銚子の魅力委員会が上程する、銚子大神幸祭への出展議案。
年間事業計画にはありませんでしたが、２０年に１度しか行われない神事、何か青年会議所としてお手伝いすることが出来ないかというなかでの出展となりました。
第３号議案、第４号議案は５月例会案です。ＪＣＩプレゼンター、今年のメイン事業です。
組織に勢いがないときには恐れずに内向きの事業を展開することが、カリスマ的魅力を持たない私に出来る最良策と思っています。佐々木委員長率いる経営品質向上委員会はメンバーと、入会を考えている人たちにタメになる事業。でも全てオープンで事業を行ったら入会する必要が無くなってしまいますからね！ＪＣＩプレゼンターは会員への還元。プレゼントです。
第５号議案は２月例会の事業報告、決算報告です。１００％例会とは、何をもって１００％出席というのか！が真面目に議論されました。
監事講評、澤田監事が（私が）言いにくいことをずけずけと言ってくれました。
（私からは）なかなか言いにくいということと、キャラクターとでも言うのでしょうか！？倉林先輩などは上手な気がするのですが、私はなかなか苦手です。
