千葉ＪＣ２月第１例会2010年2月18日
２月１７日(水)、千葉ＪＣの２月例会に安里直前会頭が講師としてお見えになると言うことで、出席をさせていただきました。高橋直前、私で出席したのですが、本当は高根委員長も出席するはずで、出発間際まで行く気満々で、最後どうしても仕事の都合がつかず行くことができませんでした。
例会のタイトルは「地域が育ち子が育つ」で、講師の多彩なエピソードを交えながら、愛情を持って子供達に接し、叱るときはきちんと叱る、また信念を持って我々大人が生きなければダメなんだと言う、そんなことを話されていました。
私は安里直前会頭のお話しを聞くと琴線に触れる部分が多くてすぐに泣いてしまいます。
思い返せば昨年の京都会議、会頭の挨拶を聞ながら鼻水すすりながら、涙ぼろぼろ流して聞いたことを思い出します。浦安でも泣いてましたっけ！？安い男なんです。(笑)
例会運営について気付いたこと。。。
オープンな例会でした。来賓、来訪、特別会員、オブザーバーと３００～４００人は入っていたと思います。その来場者数は圧巻でした。さすがは千葉ＪＣだと思いました。
ちなみに、ブロック会長公式訪問でした。
どの程度（割合）一般の人が入場しているのかわかりませんが、かなりいらっしゃったと思います。そんななかで、点鐘から始まって、ＪＣソング斉唱、クリード、ＪＣ宣言文朗読、綱領唱和、来賓・来訪・オブザーバー紹介と全てのセレモニーを行っていました。
前半のセレモニーだけで４０分・・・。正直長いと感じましたし、ＪＣ関係者でない方はどう感じるのかな！？と思いました。銚子はオープンの時にはセレモニーは省略する習慣が以前からあります。今年はその傾向が若干強いように感じます。先日の正副では点鐘も省略しては！？の意見が出ていました。風に抗ったところで仕方ないので聞いていましたが、省略省略というのもどうかと思います。青年会議所を知ってもらうためにも、ある程度のセレモニーは必要なんじゃないかな！？

Naomi B.Sauvage Hatakeyama (畠山奈保美) has created her Dorée Kami (ドレカミ) site in order to describe her lectures, concerts and coordination projects, aimed at the presentation of her life experiences in Japan, Italy, France, United-States and India, with a view to share them with Japanese women from the perspective of motivating them to open up to the world.
